    The bags are here, the group is together, and it’s officially time to leave the everyday stress behind. From this moment on, we’re switching into VACATION MODE!

    Once everyone gets settled, take some time to freshen up, unpack, and enjoy the hotel/resort.

    Then… the vacation officially begins!

    Around [TIME] We’ll come together for our first group gathering.

    During our gathering, we will be enjoying some drinks, snacking on some bites, and get acquainted with our surroundings.

    Mood: Relaxed, happy, and ready for fun.

Tonight is all about easing into the trip and enjoying our first night together.

For the most part, we have all had the chance to settle in.

Feel free to Grab a drink, get comfortable, and get ready for good food, good conversation, plenty of laughs, and even better company.

Tonight We’ll enjoy dinner together, get acquainted with our surroundings, talk about what’s ahead, and officially toast to the start of an unforgettable vacation. 🥂

For dinner tonight we will be having an on-site chef prepare a meal that has been previously arranged before the trip.

Tonight isn’t about schedules or rushing from one activity to another. It’s about relaxing, reconnecting, meeting everyone where they are, and getting excited for everything we have planned.

So enjoy the view, enjoy the drinks, enjoy each other, and soak it all in...
