Our Couples Getaway — A Few Friendly Ground Rules

We’re all here for one thing: FUN, relaxation, great memories, good food, good vibes, and quality time with our favorite people!

Since we’ll be traveling and spending a lot of time together as a group, here are a few things to help keep the trip enjoyable for everyone:

We’re on Vacation… But There’s Still a Schedule!

We’ll have an itinerary for activities, meals, excursions, transportation, etc. Please do your best to be on time and ready to roll! Nobody wants to be the couple everyone is waiting on.

Respect Is Always in Style

We’re all different, and that’s what makes the group fun! Let’s be mindful of how we speak to and treat one another. Kindness, consideration, and respect are non-negotiable.

Boundaries Are Boundaries

Everyone has their own comfort level, and we want everyone to feel safe and respected. No crossing personal, physical, emotional, or relationship boundaries. Keep the flirting, touching, jokes, or interactions respectful and welcome.

Basically: read the room, respect the vibe, and when someone says “no,” it’s a no.

Respect the Couples

Every relationship has its own rules, comfort levels, and dynamics. What works for one couple may not work for another—and that’s perfectly okay! Don’t assume, don’t pressure, and don’t insert yourself into another couple’s business.

Have Fun — But Be Considerate

Let’s enjoy ourselves! Eat too much, laugh too loud, dance terribly, take way too many pictures, and make some memories.

Just remember that we’re sharing this experience with others, so be mindful of how our choices affect the group.

Couple Time Is Encouraged!

We’re traveling together, but that doesn’t mean we have to be attached at the hip 24/7. If you and your partner want some alone time, a quiet morning, or an evening to yourselves, go for it! No explanations necessary.

If Something Comes Up…

Misunderstandings happen. If something bothers you, let’s handle it with maturity, honesty, and a little grace. Talk to the person privately rather than letting something small turn into group drama.

Most Important…

Come with a good attitude, an open mind, and a willingness to have FUN!

Let’s leave the drama at home, respect each other’s boundaries, support one another, and enjoy this experience together.
