By registering for or attending a Grounded in Sound session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Services
Grounded in Sound offers guided sound bath and meditation experiences designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellness. Sessions may include the use of sound instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and guided meditation.

These experiences are intended for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Grounded in Sound session is completely voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that you are choosing to participate of your own free will and accept full responsibility for your experience.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Sound bath and meditation experiences may involve deep relaxation and exposure to sound vibrations.

Participants should consult a healthcare professional before attending if they have any of the following conditions:

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Severe sound sensitivity

  • Serious mental health conditions

  • Pregnancy concerns

  • Any medical condition that may be affected by meditation or sound vibration

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.

4. Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own physical and emotional well-being during the session. If discomfort occurs at any time, participants should stop participating and inform the facilitator.

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Grounded in Sound, its facilitator(s), and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from participation in a session.

6. Facility Rules
When sessions are hosted within residential communities or partner locations, participants agree to respect the rules and guidelines of the hosting property.

Participants must treat the facility and equipment with care and respect.

7. Personal Belongings
Grounded in Sound is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to a session.

8. Photography & Media

Participants acknowledge and agree that Grounded in Sound sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. By attending, participants grant permission to Grounded in Sound to capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings that may include their likeness without additional consent or compensation.

9. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to secure and confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment must be made prior to the scheduled session. Grounded in Sound reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if payment is not received as agreed.

10. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All services are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.

If you need to reschedule your session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time of your service. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

11. Late Arrival Policy
Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started in order to maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience for all participants. No refunds, credits, or time extensions will be given for late arrivals.

12. Right to Refuse Service
Grounded in Sound reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who is disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior may compromise the safety or experience of others.

13. Event Changes
Grounded in Sound reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, weather, or facility issues. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled session when possible.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending a Grounded in Sound session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions..
